The Netflix app and Roku app aren’t the only apps that are out there for streaming video and movies.
A new app from a new company called Ring is hoping to do the same thing.
The app, Ring, will let users watch content in the comfort of their own home, and it’s coming to Android devices as well as Apple TV, Google Chromecast, and Roku TVs later this year.
The Ring app will be free to download and can be used with any device that supports the Ring API, and you’ll be able to stream movies and TV shows directly to your home via the Ring app, as well.
If you don’t have an Apple TV or Chromecast yet, you can download the app here.
Ring will be available in the Google Play store, and the company says it will also be coming to other popular Android devices, including the Amazon Fire TV Stick and the Roku 2.
The company says Ring will make it easy for consumers to enjoy their favorite content from a variety of platforms.
We can’t wait to see what Ring will bring to Android TV.
